Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you’ll assist by providing and efficient and professional service to purchasers post completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
You’ll support the Head of Customer Care in managing the day to day office operations including monitoring the individual and team performance of 3 Coordinators and 1 Administrator and overseeing 4 Field Operatives.
You’ll have proven leadership experience, be action and results orientated and possess good business acumen and commercial judgement. You must have solid written, verbal and listening communication skills, be pro-active and decisive with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to and negotiate with different types of customers.
Suitable applicants will have a broad understanding of the build process and previous relevant experience working for a house builder or similar environment. The ability to build a team ethos both internally, within Customer Care and across other departments, and externally with subcontractors is essential.
You may already be doing this position for another developer, be a Senior Customer Care Coordinator looking for the next step up or performing a similar role within construction or Housing Association.
This role comes with a company car as you’ll be required to attend occasional visits.
