Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the technical ability to solve issues. You’ll be responsible for the customer service operation, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained from the point of customer’s completion on a property through the 2-year warranty period. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you’ll manage and support the Customer Care Co-ordinators and Operatives across a number of sites within the M23, M25 and M3 boundaries.
Suitable applicants will have a broad understanding of the house building process, ideally from working for a developer. The ability to build a team ethos both internally, within Customer Care and across other departments, and externally with subcontractors is essential. You have proven management and leadership experience, be action and results orientated and possess good business acumen and commercial judgement. You must have proven written, verbal and listening communication skills, be decisive with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to and negotiate with different types of customers.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00 – 5.30.
The role comes with a competitive package including car allowance.
