What can we tell you about this super business?
We don't want to ruin the surprise but we can't find any reasons why people would not want to work for this rather special business. They are one of the best employers in the UK and have the certificates to prove it! They treat their employees with trust and respect and offer a huge amount of flexibility to their people. In return they have a passionate workforce that love were they work and in turn deliver a great service to clients.
They are on the lookout for a permanent Reward Manager but they want to make sure that they take their time over hiring the right person. With this in mind they want to bring in someone on an interim basis to help manage the annual reward activities until they appoint someone permanently. If you ultimately want a permanent job then you will of course get a foot in the door but if you are just seeking a contract, that is also fine.
What will be keeping you busy?
Depending on what crops up while you are there they could need help across a range of activities…
They will need you to help effectively manage the current suite of employee benefits in the UK. This includes being responsible for the annual renewals process under the direction of the Global Head of Reward.
