Job Description

Site Manager required to manage the Fit-Out of a high end block of Apartments.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will manage client interface professionally, ensuring the delivery of the project to a quality standard and within budget and that all aims for the project are met. You’ll ensure the optimisation of business profit through delivery of the project to schedule and to specification, performance managing your team to a high standard. You’ll maintain exemplary standards of Health & Safety, ensuring that the project meets the required company standards of quality installation.

The Site Manager will be required to agree project objectives whilst representing both the client and company interests. They will provide advice on the management of the project as required, recruiting, organising and managing the various professional people working on the project, ensuring that guidelines are maintained. You’ll bring detailed knowledge of the relevant issues to the attention of the Project Manager or Manging Director alongside proposals for resolution. 

Suitable applicants will have experienced in delivering small to medium sized residential project, a strong knowledge of legal requirements and be fully conversant with specifications, drawings, design & build and Bills of Quantities.

You’ll be IT literate, competent in using MS Excel and MS Project and hold a qualification in building or construction, i.e. CIOB, MAPM, BSc, HNC/HND.
